Refund policy

Returns

Within 14 days from the date of receipt, send an email to info@lamorinierestudio.com to request a return. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Upon approval, the return address will be provided. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Products returned damaged, incomplete, soiled, or without the original packaging or return warranty label will not be accepted or refunded.

Returns initiated beyond 14 days from delivery are not accepted.

The refund process may take maximum 15 days from the receipt of the returned item. Refunds, excluding delivery costs, will be issued to the original payment method. Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

The return is at the customer’s risk.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, along with customs fees if outside the EU. These expenses are non-refundable.

It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the receipt of returned items.


Reimbursement

Upon approval, refunds of products will be made by La Morinière within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the returned items.
