Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday.
All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are shipped from Spain.
Shipping fees by zone:
- Spain : €5
- Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Denmark, Baleares, Estonia, Finland, Portugal, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Monaco : €12
- Switzerland : €25
- Belgium, Vatican City, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom : €13
All shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties, customs or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If duties, customs or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to La Morinière, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting the customs office of your country for further information, as La Morinière cannot estimate potential duties or taxes.
Shipping costs will be indicated at checkout according to the country of destination.
Please note that La Morinière cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or payment processing.
